Party Whisperers is an online based store offering a wide range of personalised party favours and do not operate from a traditional shop premises during the usual working hours, therefore priority is given to email queries. Orders can be made online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and will be shipped from our warehouses. The store is owned by Wioletta Marta Bekas and the office is located at Suncrest, Briarhill, Waterfall, Co. Cork, Ireland.
To order online please select the items, choose the label/tag and/or ribbon, fill in the details for personalisation where applicable and proceed to the checkout. Once you have completed checking out and after making a payment, your order confirmation number will be shown on the website- please retain a record of this number and quote it on any future correspondence with us. You will also be emailed your order reference immediately upon placing your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOU CONFIRM IT BY CLICKING ON THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EMAIL. Please ensure your email address has been entered correctly and that your email account is not directing our emails to SPAM. If you have not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Here in Party Whisperers we pride ourselves with offering customers as wide selection of personalised party favours as possible therefore standard dispatch times can vary between 14 and 28 working days depending on the products and in some cases can take up to six weeks. If an item will be out of stock for longer than 28 days we will contact you giving you an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We always make every effort to dispatch the orders as soon as possible and keep any delivery dates quoted, however, the time of delivery shall not be of the essence. Party Whisperers cannot be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or a third party arising out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. In case of orders of multiple products with different dispatch times, the complete order will be dispatched when all products become available. If you would like your products to be sent out separately please contact us at office@partywhisperers.ie bearing in mind that additional delivery costs will apply. The “dispatch time” refers to the time needed to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse and does not include delivery transit time which is usually 1-3 days within ROI. We cannot guarantee any delivery date due to any delays that are out of our control.
We understand that some customers will need their orders rushed- please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you whenever possible.
Please note that if you’ve made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately- as long as the order has not been personalised or dispatched we will amend the order.
Products do not come pre-assembled or filled with sweets. Please read the product description provided on the product page for details.
The payment can be made using Moneybrookers or Paypal account or credit/ debit card via Paypal (NO ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL NEEDED) and will be debited from your account on the day your order is placed. The credit/debit card details will be taken securely by PayPal, whose payment process employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your online transaction is secure.

We use Fastway Couriers to ship all our parcels however orders consisting of labels and/or flat packed favours have the option of being shipped by An Post (www.anpost.ie). We can deliver to any IE address – your work, family, friend etc., but someone must be available to receive and sign for your order. Please make sure you provide us with a contact number for the courier to contact you prior to the delivery. We strongly recommend checking your order on arrival in the presence of the courier in case of any damage or discrepancy.
We are happy to ship worldwide. Please email us before placing an order for an accurate shipping charge for your order. Shipping charges calculated at the checkout apply to the ROI and selected EU countries only.
5. Secure Shopping And Registration
In addition to secure payments, partywhisperers.ie has been issued a trusted SSL Certificate from The General Certification Authority Certum who guarantees secure connection – encrypted transmission for the basket and log- in/registration information
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Cancelation fees may apply. Please contact customer service at office@partywhisperers.ie for specific inquiries. You can return your order at any time up until ten working days from the day after you have received your order. Please note this does not apply to all personalised, edible or sale items. We advise customers to inspect parcels upon arrival for defects or damage and in case of any descrepancies sign the delivery docket "GOODS DAMAGED". We must be notified in writing within 3 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. When returning an order please make sure that you inform us of the order number, product description, and reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund. Goods must be received unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note your full order amount will be refunded to you and processed to your payment card after inspection of the product. We recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.

Please note that Party Whisperers is not a VAT registered company and the price of the products is the price quoted on the website in Euros. Payment details must be provided by you on the date of placing your order. The dispatch of the goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified on the website, which may be changed by us at our discretion.
Party Whisperers is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using information responsibly. Please be assured that we will never disclose your personally identifiable information (name, address, email) to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We will not trade, resell, sell or redistribute information that you provide to us to any other companies or organisations.
Party Whisperers reserve the right to change any of the above terms and conditions from time to time and it is your responsibility to check regularly for any changes to our terms and conditions. By using Party Whisperers’ website following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change.
Party Whisperers has put a lot of effort into the preparation of the content of this and any of our websites and we ask you not to copy any of their contents (designs, texts, graphics and images), modify or distribute without the permission of Party Whisperers. All rights, title or interest in our websites or any aspect of them, remain the property of Party Whisperers unless otherwise stated. The contents of this website is protected by Irish Copyright Laws and monitored regularly for infringement. Party Whisperers reserves the right to make changes to its websites without notice and cannot be held responsible for the content of any other websites linked to.
Due to the fact that many of our products are hand crafted there may be slight colour variations between different batches and suppliers. The colour settings on your computer monitor may also not show the true colour of the items. For these reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches. We do however, assure you that every effort is always made to provide as close a match as possible. We also reserve the right to alter our favour designs in the event of either certain components becoming unavailable or changing from our suppliers.
